I'm still trying to figure out what claims have been made, never mind whether they are wild and unsubstantiated or not.
From imbabawu's comments, it sounds as though some customer replaced an unspecified Swiftech waterblock with this one (presumably with some sort of inlet and outlet and clamping system) and observed lower temps in some way.
As best as I can tell Swiftech does not invest in this site, although I cannot speak authoratively (I just read and post here).
As far as "it is difficult for u to trust with out a test" - well, yeah. And not just
a test, but a whole series of 'em.
