C-Systems OEM customers choose to be so for several reasons, the most common being price.
Insurance costs are very high in this industry right now, and C-Systems must pass said cost to there customers. Often an OEM will cover warranty / support themselves, allowing C-Systems to drop insurance cost, and give the OEM a better price.
There is also the issue of marketing, along side the OEM's other products.
Manufacturing is another concern, as AVT grants license to allow OEM's to produce the pumps, such as C-Systems is doing. This is done again for cost, often related to shipping or assembly.
About 80-90% of C-Systems customers are OEM, and I understand management wants it this way for now.
In North America, Danger Den, D-Tek, and Fluild XP are retail OEM customers.
We have many additional OEM customers which have not openly stated so, most being industrial.
