Since flow isn't a problem, have you thought of using 90 degree elbows and attatching them to the case panels? This should do away with the problem of the hose pulling the heatsink off of your motherboard upon startup. What about compression fittings? Granted it is difficult to find large compression fittings, they would be your best bet. Parallel flow through the system should ease the stress on the individual fittings. Hmmm... what else. Perhaps if you create enough pressure with the inlet to the CPU block, you'll be able to cut a hole through the copper. That would be very entertaining. I can see the post now "Help! Water blasting out of the right panel of my case!"
