Default A Pair of WACC 1000s ... enough *passive* cooling power for *serious* OCing?

A current WC concept of mine sports a pair of fedco 2-752 (11.813"x 6.188"x 1.625") heatercores or a similarly large but thin heatercore with a pair of 120x38mm Sunon ACs on each all in a nice external rad box. Bascially looking for SPCR-quiet active cooling while still maintaining the ability to OC like mad and perhaps ramp up the fans somewhat if necessity during such OC timeperiods like encoding, gaming, and the like.

Or at least, that was my thought until I saw the WACC 1000.

How much "cooling power" would a pair of WACC 1000s have in series? Any idea? The pump: Iwaki MD20Z, CPU Block: Storm G4 or G5. And I'm talking about serious OCing i.e. A64 4800 dually-core at ~3.0+GHz (if attainable on water).

Here’s a shot of one in use. Saw it at this SPCR thread pointing to a review at Overclex.com. Link to bablefish translation <here>.

So what do you think? Just looking for performance ideas. I already know the issues of Al, though anodized.

Thanks,
DrCR
