ThermoChill Rev 3 radiators should all be supplied with a neoprene adhesive gasket specifically for this purpose. Contact whoever you bought it off, as they all leave here with neoprene gaskets prepacked in the box with the rad... what the resellers do with them however is anyone's guess.
