Yes, but it'll be cheaper and faster for you to go to a bolt & fastener supply store and just ask for some "M4x12mm SHCS" in Stainless Steel. The black ones can go a little rusty after a while and so I switched to holding all blocks together with stainless steel bolts.
SHCS = Socket Head Cap Screw
