Default Single or dual loop?

Hello,
Just finished my new rig with an external box. Right now I have a block for the cpu and another for the HDs.
Before the external box everything was crammed inside my case.

Old Setup

Because of that the HDs were heating too much, so I decided to make a block for them. To get more space I used and old case and moved the radiator and pump/reservoir to it.

New external Box

My problem now is that my temperatures increased a lot. I understand that my pump is not good enough I believe the head is about 1.5m, and because off all the plumbing even less, so I'll replace it with something bigger.
My question to you guys is this, should I replace my radiator from a single fan to a 3 fans, get an Eheim 1250 and put all blocks in series (cpu, gpu, chipset, HD)?

1 Fan radiator

Or get another 1 fan radiator and get 2 other pumps, say 2 CSP-Mags, and run 2 loops in parallel, one for the cpu and the other for the other blocks?

Thanks.
