Thanks for the replies. I've looked at David and Karma, they seem to be the only vendor currently selling the 655, so it's a bit of a shame they don't seem to have the 6002 block. Shipping shouldn't be a problem. I'm going to be in Melbourne next month, so I'd pick up then. My partner's parents now live there, so I can probably do shipping to them for future purchases.
While I would love to try a Storm block, my budget doesn't quite stretch that far. That's why I've narrowed it down to those two options. So far they seem to be very comparable, especially at high flow rates, so with this kind of pump it's likely to be neither here nor there with the blocks. The budget-conscious person in me is leaning toward the Swiftech. I still would like to learn more about pressure drop. Can anyone point me to a good resource explaining its impact?
It's interesting, considering how geographically similar NZ and Australia are, to see the colossal price differences in WC parts. Small market indeed.
