Guys, i have a question for people who own an AquaXtreme 50Z-DC12 pump. How noisy are your pumps? I have just set up a loop with this and its so loud you can hear it in the next room!

What might be making this so loud? I have mounted it properly on the rubber mountings and the noise seems to be coming from the pump itself rather than any vibrations. I have also rotated the front 90 degrees as can be seen here

Is it possible to undervolt it?

Any help appreciated!
