I have the MCRES-1000 pump/res combo. When i first turn on the system, it kinda chokes and spurts a little. (water line is up to the bottom of the threading on the fill hole.) after running for a while, (no visible air bubbles, no noise coming from radiator etc) i have a constant bubbling sound inside the mcres-1000.
What can i do to stop this?

The radiator pump combo is not at the top of the loop, the thermochill 120.3 barbs stand just a hair higher than the pump out. could this be a problem?
