A fanless system is a pretty good candidate for submersion cooling. Though that's just my opinion.

You can't hermetically seal the case and expect anything resembling cooling. The mobo and other parts NEED ventilation of some kind. Sealing up a case is like creating an oven.

Agreed. But I think this helps make the case for submersion cooling. The wood would have to be just for looks. The case would have to be made of something non-porus.
