Depending on how dead your system is, look back at some of the earlier posts. I was able to clone my remaining drive which had a broken mirror with Ghost to another hard drive and the clone became readable. In an earlier conversation, Snap tech support did say that if the raid was intact, they could get it back up and running if hardware was not the issue. [

A LOT more than that in time an frustration.
If Snap tech support can't help you, they will refund the service call. At least they did for me. Knowing what I know now, I would try that first before going through what I just endured. Not very macho, but very pragmatic unless you would rather put that $120 in larger hard drives for the Snap!!
