I do agree here, but unless kit reviewers start factoring in noise levels into reviews, the only thing that counts is cooling performance, and the fans that Swiftech provides are generally in about the same ballpark as what most other kit makers offer.
I would say that Swiftech here have erred on the side of excellent radiator cooling performance in a way that is competitive with other kits, rather than true low-noise, which unfortunately does cost in terms of performance. The silent-PC crowd fan powers go about as high as 50cfm, with the 1350rpm Yate-Loon's providing around 45cfm @ 22dBA. Really need a tri-fan radiator to be
upper-end radiator-performance competitive when using true low-noise fans.
When done really properly, could get a tri-fan yate-loon driven radiator down to around 0.020C/W, but that's not going to be something that can be easily placed in or on most cases.
