Default Is the MCP350 good for the Nexxxos XP and my WC setup (noise and performance)

These are my original WC equipments

Computer Components to Cool:

---------------------------

Now, i am keeping that original pump and decide to get another one and run it in series to increase the flow rate since my radiator has 24 meters of piping. So i am getting another pump to run it in series. I am looking at the MCP 350 and it looks like a good canditate as it is small, powerful and quiet.

My first pump's flow rate is rated from 300l - 1000l/hour while the MCP350 is rated 350L/h..will it be the bottleneck of the loop?

Will the MCP655 better suit my needs due to its high pressure and high flow rate? How noisy is this pump? I am trying to build a very quiet computer
