Why not put it in a metal enclosure and ground the enclosure? Actually, since I was thinking about putting my MCP350 in a box to make it dead silent, I should probably integrate that. Now which metal is supposed to be better at blocking EMI? I can't remember if it's copper or aluminum. One's good for RF, the other EM. I can never keep them straight.
