Yep, static pressure diminishes all along the loop. You have maximum pressure just at the outlet pump and the minimum pressure at its inlet. Pump is just a pressure jump, and this pressure jump is strictly equal to the sum of pressure drops from all the elements. Pressure and flowrate are 2 different things.
