Default Fluid additives: Asetek syringe w/ WaterWetter?...Innovatek Protect? [detailed post]

I'm almost done putting together my water-cooling system, and it's time to get some water additives.

I'd get HydrX, but, well, I'm vain and not wild about green.

And MCT seems maybe unecessary and also a funky color (green/brown??)...FluidXP is way too $$$..

So, I'm thinking just some straight water additives (rather than complete fluid replacements) that are either clear or maybe pink to red...maybe blue...

- I'm leaning towards the Asetek anti-algae + WaterWetter:...like the Innovatek below, anti-corrosion (waterwetter works as anti-corrosion, right?), anti-algae, a tolerable pink (but stains?), not super $$$...

- The Innovatek Protect seems like it might be a good choice...anti-corrosion, anti-algae, colorless, not super $$$...also, I wouldn't need the "Pro" version, but don't readily see the regular version in the U.S.?...can't find it in stock anywhere in the U.S. either...nice that it mentions non-conductive, too. What's the thermal conductivty on this stuff like though?...I've heard it has odd viscosity?

Anyone got any words on either of the above two products?...

Also, items listed as pH regulators -- are they listing that as meaning anti-biological?...the pH is kept at a level where algae can't form?...or something else? What about "water scaling" also?

Additionally, lots of these different products don't mention their effect on conductivity?...hm.

Some others additives:
- Aqua Computer anti-corrision additive....no algae protection??
http://www.sharkacomputers.com/aqcoacflnonc.html

- Xtreme H20...haven't seen enough info. on it...?
http://www.crazypc.com/Merchant2/mer...duct_Code=9356

And also the "complete fluids" (ie., don't mix with water:
- Zalman G100...anti-corrosion, but again, no algae protection?...nice blue color...pretty pricey, though...
http://www.sharkacomputers.com/zag1blancowa.html

- CoolerMaster's fluid: http://www.sharkacomputers.com/comathcofl.html
Another possibility??...anti-algae, anti-corrosion, nice blue color (UV sensitive??), not too $$$, supposed good thermal conductivity...but what about electrical conductivity??

- Koolance's fluid: http://www.sharkacomputers.com/kolirecopa.html
...can't find any info. on it at all?...and what color does it "illuminate under UV light"?
http://www.xoxide.com/kolicore.html
http://www.koolance.com/shop/product...roducts_id=172

- ThermalTake BigWater...anti-algae?...and not wild about green...
http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-liq-05.html
http://www.svc.com/cl-w0044.html

- Corsair Cool...anti-algae?...and not wild about green...
http://www.svc.com/cwc100-1007.html
http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-liq-06.html

And a couple other anti-corrosion normally car-fluids other than WaterWetter (but none have any anti-biological protection??...and what about conductivity effects?)
- Royal Purple Ice
- Zerex (supposedly better than WW?) (BTW, what color is this stuff?)
- SuperCool http://www.dtekcustoms.com/index.asp...PROD&ProdID=40
...better than WW and Purple Ice? Anyone used it?

And I suppose I could get an anti-algae (Asetek? is generic aquarium anti-algae ok?) and just add it with any one of the above anti-corrosion additives (designed for water-cooling or the car coolant)?

Also, what about staining clear tubing?...I hear some of the car coolant stain tubing pretty bad compared to the other products?

I try to do my homework... ...
