I've always been one to question the whole needing two fans in push/pull config. I personally just run one low speed 120mm fan on my blackice xtreme. I would just lose one of the fans and get a better shroud, or see if you can somehow mount both fans on one side to more effectively use the surface area given to you by your radiator...

As to your hose problem, my question is where did those existing connectors come from, and can you remove them to install some regular barbs? The ones on there look like quick connects.
