Just got a 4x Xeon 500 (512KB cache
) up and running. Looks like I can get those new 600pt GROMACS units done in a little under 12d each. How fast are the rest of you guys completing those?
Too bad I got some AMBER units to start with; the 4th one will probably be processing for another 3d...
