Maybe, maybe not. I got a RULE bilge pump that is my sump pump back up device. OK, so I mod even my house now.
That bilge pump was not fully in place earlier this summer. We had a power outage and the basement flooded. When we arrived home, I had to wear firemen's boots to slop around down there. The 800gph bilge ran for several hours non-stop until the basement water level fell below the sump hole.
As for a longer term duration of running a bilge pump days-on-end, I have no clue.
