I hope people wont actually BUY those...
If it was solid copper + fins at 1mm thick all the way down, it might actually do something, but it would cost a fortune... and even then just buy another bloody radiator, because it would be cheaper and cool immesurably better...

hell, they could have tapped down the whole thing that would have made a bit of a difference, id imagine, but still wouldnt work 'well'; only if the delta was high enough which would point to your radiator being completely useless...
WTF were they thinking... honestly?!
