I really like that idea... with some creative ducting it could go through the PSU so you wouldnt even see it! One other idea would be a ducted HSF for the CPU... take a HS like a SK6, mount two ducts on it (diagonally), have one suck in from outside and one go out of the case. This way you would get not only increased airflow but all cool air. Also (im sure this has been done before) I could take the SK6 and build a water box around it, if the flow was done right it might work pretty well. Mounting it would be hard tho.
