SLI is a gimmick. The benefit isn't worth the hassle, especially in a WC rig.
HDD's don't need waterblocks. Another waste of hassle factor/flow. I suppose it would be useful to ensure longevity in a 10K rpm drive that was seeing heavy use in a tight 1U server rack. But servers use redundancy so it's a non issue.
Get a decent passive block for the NB.
PentiumD's thermals suck compared to AMD x2s.
Getting fresh air to the rad is 'must'. Shrouding is important too.
