FYI: The 7800GTX will put out LESS heat than its predecessor. I also say forget NB/HD watercooling. A good passive block should handle your NB as long as your case has good airflow. Also I don't think it's worth it to have a full cover block, especially considering this board uses DDR3 memory that runs very cool. Passive air heatsinks will be more than adequate. Go with a GPU only solution from (MCW whatever) or a Maze 4. There is also a new GPU block on cooltechnica going under the name AquaExtreme that looks very promising.
The Pentium D's thermals do suck. If you really want quiet, go for two PA160s with undervolted panaflow L1s. Good luck fitting that into a small case. Which reminds me, a photo of the case would really help us help you a lot.
For the HD, get one of those SilenX enclousures (or something comparable). It will cost the same as an HD waterblock, it will keep your drive plenty cool as long as it has some airflow, it won't add restriction to your loop, AND it will totally silence your drive (something a HD waterblock won't do).
....Inhales deeply....
The CSP-MAG will plenty quiet for your uses. I suggest using 1/2" fittings and 7/16" tygon tubing. This is something Cathar swears by high and low. According to him, you get nearly 1/2" flow, with nearly the bend radius of 3/8". Plus you don't need hose clamps with it as it sits over your barbs very snuggly. I have 10' of it next to my desk, I'm just yet to install it into my loop. I can attest to the fact that it bends nearly as well as 3/8" tygon (really the best tubing). While I'm on tubing, as a personal recomendation, DO NOT get primoflex tubing. It really sucks. I have 1/2" primoflex in my loop right now. It kinks very easily.
Get us some pics of that case. After that I (and hopefully the rest) would be glad to give you some more input.
