good stuff guys, I knew this was the right place.

I might skip the HDD block and the NB, I probably won't be running Raptors, so the HDD heat is at the bottom of the list. I've run passive NB on my other rigs with little problems, I just wonderd any long term/OC benefits.

SLI: all my other rigs are running 1280X so, yes, on them SLI is overkill (already have a 7800GTX at 1280X1024 on Dell 18" LCD).

I think I will splurge on this rig and go big on the LCD. 20" Viewsonic or something, not sure yet. So 1600X with all the eye candy maxed will be nice to have available.

I know the Pentium Ds are massive Heat sources, but a "loaner" engineering sample at 4GHz might convince me to do it anyway.

I will post up any links as they become available. Kind of sucks to see all the stuff you want to use at PDXLAN, and none of its for sale yet.
