My sugestion:
Ad a ballvalve, a flowmeter and a pressure meter.
Set up some diffrent flows (or pressures) that you want to test, and then do all the test whith that flow (or pressure)...

For test #2: Ad a plate to put the pump on (dont mount it), say a 200x200x1 steal plate, (if the pump vibrates then the case will make loads of sound even if the pump it's self is quiet)
