Like Mr Google_uk said the only other way is by another snap, but I think they need to be the same OS version. Snap has made XFS file systems changes with different OS's. After you reset to factory setting you need to use Assist to locate and set the drive up. Default is 2 shares. The jumpers should me set as master on both drives. I run RAID 1 so if a drive fails I don't loose any data.
