Default Custom radiator (cylinder) with radial fan on top?

Hello!

I am building my first watercooled rig, and have got an idea for an external radiator: (see pic)

The idea is to use a tube with diameter: 15+ cm (that is the diameter of my radial fan).

As for the radiator-part of the thing - I really don't know what will be most effective (also have in mind noise/performance of the radial fan).

My idea is to use two thin sheets of copper and solder them together, and have the water running in between. Maybe 10-20 of those would be enough?

I am thinking of copper, but not sure. Would that be very expensive? How high will the radiator/tube have to be? The cost of all this?

Currently, this is my hw: Athlon XP 2000+, GF4Ti4400 and a MSIKT3Ultra2-BR (NB).
