Default CNC-programing

I’ve got my hands on a small CNC-mill, the problem is 2 things, one its old (the controlling computer has win 3.11)

Problem #1, the step motors are weak when I run the mill in steps above 0.01mm and they don’t want me to fiddle with it (Iv actually changed the settings so that the 0.01mm steps don’t slip)

Problem #2, I don’t want to make the program my self, I think Ill have to right every possession, just to make it run slower.

So my question, is there any good converters that can fix the code if I’ve got an SW file? Or any other type of 3D file.
