hmm never heard of any ram waterblocks except for those on graphics cards, were it cools both the Graphics Chip and it's Ram (For Geforce 6800 i think) but thats it. Best thing would be just some Copper Ram Heatsinks, no point in hindering watercooling performance by adding Ram waterblocks (If they exist), if you need better heat dissipation just add a fan blowing onto the heatsinks somehow
