Stew or indeed anyone ever seen this paper?

Measurements of heat transfer coefficients between turbulent liquid jets and radially finned heat disks place at the bottom of an open vertical circular cavity

(no science explanation: really fast water jets into a g series style cavity with fins radial the bottom)
4 docs, TJ Heindel as main author but more interestingly the final doc (although he’s a prof) is FP Incropera (wrote one of the top starter textbooks on heat transfer there is and has been doing jet impingement heat transfer for 25 years). Show fins at the bottom increase heat transfer by a factor of 3 - 5. Not a clue about how to use them in a small scale like a g series but for larger scale single nozzle 2.5 CNC machines could be quite useful. I like the way its all non dimensional.
