Well, very damaging stuff.
I guess the phrase "Big Players make Big Dollars" isn't true after all (in the public's eye Swiftech made shitloads of money...).
Sort of gives you a perception of how small this business really is, and makes you wonder if watercooling will ever be a consolidated market.
On a side note, i keep recalling Cathar's words on this subject.
To tell the truth it was something i never expected.
I take it, this is your final move in order to get what is yours, so if Swiftech had fullfiled its obligations in the first place, probably no one (general public) would get wind of this (and you'd probably be working there aswell).
Just one question: if the company (Swiftech) is in such a bad shape (financially) why buying the manufacturing rights for the Storm -->a high price/limited quantities block?
