I think I have it sorted out now ...sorry for the confusion.
I'll assume that the 214x166x50 dimensions include the barbs extension.
If I go by the pdf measurements I should be safe.
So I should be ok with 206x165x40 for the rad excluding barbs and 174x165x50 for the shroud.
If I convert that to imperial measurements (16ths) I come out with:
Rad: 8-1/8" x 6-1/2" x 1-9/16"
Shroud: 6-7/8" x 6-1/2" x 1-15/16"
