Numbers seem high to me considering your setup has a strong pump also being overvolted, excellent block and large rad with not 3 but 6 high speed fans.
Take a picture of the block base with thermal grease, the cpu with the grease, and then remount the block and come back with temps.

The swiftech block has C/w of around .8-.10 accord to pH test and c/w .11-.12 on systemcooling. You have .1625 C/W. That's a five temp in difference. I notice the temps got above 40 degrees and I knew something was off.

I doubt you will put more than 110 watts out from the fx-57 so the 112 watts is very conservative. I believe that number is usually power draw wattage and heat output wattages is lower around 100 watts due to psu efficiency around 80%.
