The snap will not talk to ATA133. Watch you activity lights on startup, It take about 10 minutes for the snap to copy the system files from flashram to the harddrive. You will not be able to access it while it is doing this. Then use assist or your browser to connect to the snap setup html. If you performed a reset to factory you will have to use Assist.

Thanks... I finially tracked down another hard drive. However it has been fully reset but I don't have the Assist software. I looked on Adaptecs web site, but didn't see that as a download. Is there anyway to get that software?
