RMA process is pretty smooth so far. Instant RMA number.

What I forgot to mention was I normally buy refurbished mobo's from newegg. Probably 15 in the last 3 years. Not one of them has been defective. I bought 2 new retail mobo's from them and so far 1 of 2 have been defective.
