Default Re: SNAP Server Disk Config

Hi, I have a problem in that my Snap crapped out, says that 2 drives are orphans from my RAID5 array (total of 7 drives) after a "Fatal Error" occured on the LCD. I had to do a hard reset of the OS as the WEB GUI could not be accessed at all after the error. Is there any way to make one of the Orphan to join back? At least the array would be in a degraded but still functioning state. All individual drives are showing as OK now after I did a hard reset, but I can't access my RAID5.

I tried to add the disks in by forcing but I get the following error :

12/05/2005 15:41:18 Device Configurations require Public Partition Ids

I tried to do the "config devices config raid xxxx, yyyy, zzzz where they are the logical IDs, also tried the partition IDs shown in "config devices info", but they still don't work. All my drives have the same Unique Id if that helps.

Thanks
