I'm just doing a bit of redesign for my system and decided on a dual loop, one loop Cu/brass for the cpu. the other Al for the gpu and hdd. I want to get away from mixed metal so this means an Al rad. Also space is fairly tight so it has to fit into a small space. I'm currently thinking 160x90x100mm including fans. I have this preliminary design for an Al rad, let me know what you think, better designs, existing products etc.
