Less restrictive than that first block for sure... but these are a little restrictive as well. They don't seem to be made for 1/2"ID systems. I got mine with 1/2" barbs, and they are so close together I can barely get a zip tie around the barbs to clamp the hoses. ... and they are about 1/3 more restrictive than the apogee block. (if that means anything to ya)
