Well I suggested the PA160 since I really feel that is the smallest rad that is worth a damn. A single 120mm is nice, but still nowhere near as efficient as a dual 120mm or the PA160.
But I do agree with what you said. He needs to "find" some space to make that work if he wants the results he is looking for.
