done a trial calc to ck the expected difference due to reasonable barometric changes ?
same with humidity ?
and I would be kinda interested in what you see the cost being to control each ?
you seem to be edging towards mass flow control on both sides, in realtime ? (if so, why ?)

- I only note them, and simply stop testing when the equipment is below the dew point (Houston)
on a related note, I'll start a blog on building an instrumented wind tunnel this week
