In terms of upgrading the RAM, I think this will work? Does anyone know for sure?

Also, do you think it's possible to substitute the existing 8.5 CFM with the 10.9 CFM sister fan shown on this web site? The size and voltage specs are the same, but the wattage and amperage are different.
