You may be running short on memory.
Most of us are using the older units or have converted Dell's 705. There was one user that upgrade a 14000 with Guardian v 2.6, was 2.4. This was the first version that supported MS Active directory. If you paid for the update or under waranty contact Adaptec/SnapAppliance Support and report the BUG. If not, It may cost you $130 for tech support. I would try a memory upgrade first if its out of warranty.
