Congratulations! What type of drives (ATA/100 or 133) and speed (5400 RPM or 7200 RPM) did you install? Have you upgraded the OS or RAM yet? What configuration are you using? (RAID 0, 1, 5)? When you get it setup can you post your data transfer speeds here?
