Default New Rig/Watercooling setup, need advice

Hey there guys, uhhm its my first post aswell, i was reading trough all the posts on this place tryin to find out about what i should get, and im quite confused cause of all the information, so if you could spare a moment and maybe post some advice, thanks!

Right this is the pc im getting about tomorrow:

Amd Opteron 146
Dfi NF4 Ultra-d
Sapphire x1800xt 512
OCZ 2x1gb pc4000 GTX
Seasonic s12 600w
NZXT lexa (Miditower)

Now i'm trying to put together a decent watercooling system, and i had this planned, but i still have some questions.

Swiftech storm
Dangerden d5
Acetal Maze4 GPU
Thermochill PA120.3
Dangerden Crystal resevoir with 2 straigth 1/2" fittings ( so i dont have to use a T splitter)

Right now the PA120.3 is probaly not going to fit in my Lexa case, any suggestions? should i use a radbox or something to place it on the back of my case? which types of radboxes etc are available?

As for the 3 fans on the pa120.3, i dont know which i should get. Im looking for a Maximum overclock with the least noise i can get, but overclock is most important.

Ive heard about the Swiftech MC55 aswell, is it better than the acetal maze4 gpu? or do you guys recommend something else?

and what coolant would be best to get?

Thanks! im hoping for some advice
