I'm good at classifying/categorizing things.
I propose the following separations;
-setting up an air cooled PC
-using and maintaining an air cooled PC
-setting up a water cooled PC
-using and maintaining a water cooled PC
From there we could break it down into the components, and/or a general "how to" guide. How about a selection guide? There are many ways to do this; is there a format that works best for a Wiki?
I propose that we leave out anything about measurement and testing, at least for now.
