There are no PQ graphs for either radiator, and the block isn't reviewed by RoboTech for the PQ graph, so I just can't help you.

Seeing as you own most of the gear, plug it all together and see what sort of flow rate you get (timed filling of a bucket of known volume) and if its:
1) Less than 2 LPM I'd buy a MCP655
2) Between 2 and 3.5 LPM I's only buy a MCP655 if I was hunting the last degree or fraction there-of
3) More than 3.5 LPM I would be happy.
