OK guys bit of an update,

I realised that you have 3 washers before the block, so by removing 2 on each so just screw + 1 washer I have complete grip and can add tension.

Unfortunately it still leaks.
So I guess this means rubber seal aint working.

Before it was leaking worse, it also seems to only leak when an air bubble moves through block... So its less of a leak but still a leak so help!

Any ideas?
