Swiftech released a kit with those blocks a few days ago.
Link to the new Apex "Ultra+" kit. It's $349.95 with a rad, MCP355(There's no MCP355. I suppose they mean the MCP655 and not the MCP350?), two fans, res, hose etc. etc.
I'd perfer Storm, HE120.3, zerex and a fillport instead, but I still think this is one of the best kit's out there.
