Default Re: Quantum 2000 won't see second drive

The command is bios model

When you execute that command, you get a result returned

Something like

Code:
02/21/2006 17:02:32  Command: bios model

Model Byte currently is:
==> 0 -  2 drive IDE:  "Minnie"
    1 -  1 drive IDE:  "Mortie"
    2 -  4 drive IDE:  "Laser"
    3 - 12 drive IDE:  "Clipper"

------------
Command executed without error.
That is what david refers to as a 'table' this shows on mine mine is a 2 drive unit (2***)

Hope this clears it up

Sam
